The terms that govern use of the braidstack.com website.

Scope

These terms cover use of the braidstack.com website only. Braidstack is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and this website is available to visitors in India and internationally.

These terms do not cover the software, AI systems or other work Braidstack builds for individual clients. Those engagements are governed by separate signed agreements negotiated with each client, not by this page.

Acceptable use

You may browse this site, read its content, and use the contact form and newsletter signup for their intended purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that disrupts its normal operation or attempts to gain unauthorized access to it or its underlying systems.
  • Submit the contact form or newsletter signup with false information, or use them to send spam, malicious content, or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Scrape, copy or republish site content at scale without our permission.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, graphics, layout and design — belongs to Braidstack unless otherwise noted. You may view and share pages for personal or informational use, but you may not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

Client engagements are separate

If you become a client of Braidstack, the terms of that engagement — scope, deliverables, pricing, ownership of work product, support and everything else specific to your project — are set out in a separate signed agreement between you and Braidstack. This Terms of Service page applies only to your use of the website itself and does not modify or override any such agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The current version will always be posted on this page.
