How Braidstack collects, uses and protects information submitted through this website.

Who we are

Braidstack is a software and AI studio based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, serving clients in India and internationally. This policy covers the braidstack.com website only — not the separate software or systems we build for individual clients, which are governed by that client’s own agreement with us.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us through two places on this site:

  • The contact form, where we ask for your name, email address, an optional phone number, a topic, your company and company size, and your message.
  • The newsletter signup in the footer, where we ask only for your email address.

We do not use cookie-based advertising trackers, third-party ad-tracking pixels, or tools like Google Analytics anywhere on this site. We say “do not currently use” rather than “never will,” because we want this policy to stay accurate if that ever changes — and if it does, we’ll update this page to reflect it.

How we use it

  • Contact form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry. When you submit the form, the details are stored in a private log on our server and an email notification is sent to our team so we can follow up.
  • Newsletter emails are used only to occasionally send you updates about Braidstack’s own products, services and content. We don’t use your email for anything beyond that.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

How we store and protect it

Submitted data is stored in a private log file on Braidstack’s own server — we host our own infrastructure rather than relying on a third-party marketing platform for this. The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enabled, so connections to it are encrypted in transit.

Third parties

The only third party involved in handling the information you submit is the email provider we use over SMTP to deliver notification emails to our team when a form is submitted. We don’t share your data with any other third party, and we don’t use third-party analytics or advertising services on this site.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@braidstack.com. We’ll act on deletion requests as soon as we reasonably can.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our practices change. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
